WHY WE RUN!
The urgent need for access to water is more critical than before. A drought that has lasted almost two years continues to impede the sustainability of life. This is a solvable problem, and together we can make a difference! We are partnered with community leaders who are committed to seeing their community have access to safe, clean water!
Across East Africa, a 5K is the average walk women and children make to collect water to survive; water that is contaminated with harmful bacteria. By choosing to run or walk, roll or carry water you will provide clean water to children and families in East Africa!
