Read an update below from our Rejoice Project Manager in East Africa!
“This month the Rejoice Project Leaders in East Africa have been doing a great work of investing in the next generation at the schools and churches within our community.
In the schools, the teachers are appreciative because of the changes in behavior and hearts witnessed among the children. The impact Rejoice Project is making is showing through their school work as the children are performing well on their examinations!
In the churches, pastors and church leaders are appreciative because of the great teachings that have been introduced to the children through the Rejoice Project. They have brought unmeasurable benefits to the churches based on the increasing numbers of children regularly attending services. Not only are they experiencing Jesus in church, but the children have been inspired and encouraged to begin Bible studies in their own homes.
The Sunday school teachers have been empowered and equipped with great skills that they are using when presenting the lessons to the children. Not only are the teachers making an impact, but older children in the class have stepped up in boldness and have started supporting their mentors by leading some of the sessions on their own.”
