Kimbilio Project "Phase I"

Kimbilio is a Christ-centered, holistic approach to orphan care and the discipleship of those who care for orphans. There are over 2,600,000 orphans in East Africa that are in need of a refuge (Kimbilio- swahili for refuge) and love that can only come from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We believe we can create a refuge for these children and disciple other orphanages by partnering with them to holistically care for these orphans. We plan to care for children in such a way that they could one day join their communities as healthy, whole, and devoted leaders; and that Kimbilio will influence currently operating orphanages to help raise the level of orphan care in East Africa and one day around the world.

This project is in full swing and we want to let you know about Phase I. The first phase of this project is purchasing land and becoming an established non profit organization in East Africa. This land will be the future site of Kimbilio and the Invest Complex.

The total cost for Phase I is $60,000.

Our goal is to raise the total for Phase I by May 1st, 2012!

This will go to the purchase of 10-20 acres of land that will be used for the building as well as sustainable farming practices to minimize the need for outside food.

We hope that you will help us change the lives of children in Africa and around the world.
